Ask in plain language about your servers, incidents, checks and metrics, and get answers from your own data, not from a web search. It also writes the analysis of an incident on request. It sees only your account and cannot change anything.
No. The agent runs with the rights of the account you install it under and, by default, only reads. Remediation is enabled explicitly at install time, and even then the agent accepts only commands signed with its own host secret, and only three kinds: expiring IP blocks, killing a process, quarantining files.
The host moves to the “stale” state after its expected reporting interval and you get an alert. A silent server is itself a signal, not an absence.
The agent sends metrics and security signals, not the full contents of your files or your application data; on a serious finding it attaches only the relevant snippet as evidence. The data is stored in our database, isolated to your account. The language model only gets data on request: the evidence of the chosen incident for an analysis, or the account data the AI assistant reads when you ask it something.
Yes. There is a dedicated mode for cPanel-style accounts, installed inside the user account, reporting what it can see from there.
Free comes with 10 messages a month, paid plans with 30, included in the subscription. Past that, on paid plans, the “AI assistant” add-on is 10 EUR a month and raises the limit to 40 messages a day; on Free the add-on is not sold, you move up a plan instead. A message is one question to the assistant or one AI analysis of an incident: the same counter for both, because both call a model. The add-on is a separate subscription: cancel it anytime from the billing portal, without touching your plan.
No. Models run on our keys, with a token ceiling per message. That is what makes a message cost a known amount and the daily limit mean something. We choose the provider and the model.
One, of the external-only kind, with nothing installed on the server: we watch its availability (a failure is confirmed by a second probe before alerting), TLS certificate, domain expiry, headers, DNS, blocklists, email posture, exposed files and ports and, optionally, a text the page must contain. Agent-based hosts (a VPS or shared hosting) start at Starter, because the agent brings what cannot be seen from outside: processes, ports, auth.log, pending updates, failed services, disk, SSH posture and the webroot file fingerprints. The limit applies when you add a new host: what you already have keeps running if you end up on Free.
Yes. Every new account starts with 14 days of Pro for free, with no card: the agent on your servers, cPanel accounts, remediation on your approval. At the end you pick a plan; if you do not, the account moves to Free, which is permanent: one host checked from outside, with email and push alerts. Nothing is deleted.
